All lifts should be regularly maintained to ensure continued safe and reliable operation and maximum lifespan of all components. We install and maintain lifts for FUJILF, as well as third party elevators, in a cost effective and competitive manner.
Maintenance works broadly include inspection, general cleaning, lubrication, levelling and safety checks and any running adjustments or operation functions to ensure continued safe and reliable operation.

The level of service and maintenance will vary depending on the client.
Comprehensive Maintenance
Here we service the lift and replace the parts that fail during normal lift operations.
The contract includes service and spare parts.
Non comprehensive Maintenance
This is a labour only contract; the client will purchase the spare parts for replacement as per the need at that particular time.
Our support team is available 24 hrs through emergency service numbers provided in the stickers in all lifts maintained by us.
